Terms and Conditions for Competitions and other Promotional Activities
at REALTYon 2026 by BZRK Ltd

Participation in the competitions and promotional activities organised by BZRK Ltd (“the Organiser”) during Realty on Expo, taking place on 7–8 May 2026 at the City of Dreams Mediterranean, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who:

• Are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus; and
• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation.

Individuals under eighteen (18) may participate only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
Participants must represent a duly registered business operating in the real estate sector (including real estate agents and property developers). Participation is open to both existing and new (non-customer) users of BZRK Ltd services.
Participation shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus, including, where relevant, the Aliens and Immigration Law (Cap. 105).

2. Participation Requirements
Participants must follow all instructions provided in:

• Official announcements during the event; and/or
• The Organiser’s official social media channels.

Only participants who fully comply with all instructions and requirements shall be considered valid. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete or non-compliant entries.

3. Prize
The prize consists of one (3) VIP & TOP Business Packages with a total value of €2,100 each, which is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other products/services.
The package includes:

• 5 VIP Ads
• 10 TOP Ads

4. Prize Usage Terms

• The prize will be activated following confirmation by the Organiser’s support team after the end of the event, and must be used within the period 08/05/2026 – 08/07/2026.
• The package applies to the Real Estate for Sale category only.
• Each advertisement remains active for up to thirty (30) days.

Account Requirements:

• A business account is required to use the package.
• For new customers, BZRK Ltd will provide a business account free of charge, including one (1) phone number, for the duration of the promotional package.
• Continued use of the account after expiry will be subject to the standard BZRK Ltd terms and conditions.

Usage Conditions:

• Multiple packages may be active simultaneously within the validity period.
• If another package is already active, ads from the first package must be used before activating a new one.
• If active ads still have remaining duration, participants must not select “Extend”, as any remaining days will be forfeited.
• Once the package is fully used (0 VIP / 0 TOP remaining), standard paid upgrades will apply according to current pricing.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The draw will take place during the event on 08/05/2026.
The winner will be:

• Announced via the Organiser’s official social media channels; and
• Contacted directly by the Organiser.

The winner must provide valid identification details within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe entitles the Organiser to conduct a new draw and select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)
The Organiser processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Cyprus data protection laws.
Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and prize delivery. The Organiser is committed to ensuring the security and lawful processing of all personal data.

7. Publicity
By participating, participants grant the Organiser the right to use and publish their name, image, and/or competition results in any media (including digital, print, radio, or television) for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
Winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming acceptance of the prize and consent to such publication.

8. Organiser Rights
The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, to:

• Amend these Terms and Conditions;
• Modify, postpone, or cancel the competition or draw;
• Substitute the prize with another of equal value if necessary.

9. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
